Evaluaton Pattern & Promotion Rules

We have four evaluations.
The Assessment Pattern for class I-III will be as follows:
1. The Evaluation I of duration 45 minutes is conducted in July where in 20 Marks will be for Pen Paper and 20 marks for Internal Assessment.
2. The Evaluation II of duration 1 hour is conducted in September where in 30 Marks will be for Pen Paper and 20 marks for Internal Assessment.
3. The Evaluation III of duration 1.5 hour is conducted in December where in 30 Marks will be for Pen Paper and 20 marks for Internal Assessment.
4. The Evaluation IV of duration 1.5 hour is conducted in March where in 40 Marks will be for Pen Paper and 20 marks for Internal Assessment.


The Assessment Pattern and Marks Distribution for Class IV-V will be as follows:

1. The Evaluation I of duration one hour is conducted in July where in 30 Marks will be for Pen Paper and 10 marks for Internal Assessment.
2. The Evaluation II of duration 1 hour is conducted in September where in 30 Marks will be for Pen Paper and 20 marks of Internal Assessment for Class IV and 10 marks of Internal Assessment for Class V.
3. The Evaluation III of duration 1.5 hour is conducted in December where in 40 Marks will be for Pen Paper and 10 marks for Internal Assessment.
4. The Evaluation IV of duration 2 hours is conducted in March where in 50 Marks will be for Pen Paper for Class IV ,60 Marks for Pen Paper for Class V and 10 marks for Internal Assessment.


Syllabus Bifurcation for classes I-II

The syllabus for the academic year is divided in four equal parts. Evaluation I (25%) and Evaluation II (25%) comprise of Term I. Evaluation III (25%)and Evaluation IV(25%)comprise of Term II.


Syllabus Bifurcation for classes III-V

Class III
Evaluation I (25%) and Evaluation II (25%) comprise of Term I. Evaluation III (25%) and syllabus for annual examination comprises of 10% syllabus from Term I (EV-I ,II)and EV-III along with full syllabus of Evaluation IV.
Class IV
Evaluation I (25%) and Evaluation II (25%) comprise of Term I. Evaluation III (25%) and syllabus for annual examination comprises of 15% syllabus from Term I (EV-I ,II)and EV-III along with full syllabus of Evaluation IV.
Class V
Evaluation I (25%) and Evaluation II (25%) comprise of Term I. Evaluation III (25%) and syllabus for annual examination comprises of 20% syllabus from Term I (EV-I , II)and EV-III along with full syllabus of Evaluation IV.
