‘Earth does not belong to us; we belong to Earth’

At The Indian Heights School, every excursion is carefully chosen to enrich students’ hands-on experience and learning journey. Keeping this ethos in mind, the students of grade 3 to 5 embarked on a visit to ‘ Waste to Wonder Park’ on February 22,2024.

They delved into an educational journey where they witnessed the wonders of recycling. Proud green ambassadors of TIHS, discovered sculptures of the seven wonders of the world and life-sized dinosaurs crafted from recycled materials.

Highlights of the visit included the thrill of swinging alongside dinosaurs, adding an extra layer of excitement to their learning experience. The excursion aimed to instill a deep sense of environmental responsibility through hands-on learning, with a strong emphasis on recycling and sustainability.
