TIHS Celebrates Holi with Culinary Delights

The Indian Heights School marked Holi with a vibrant Culinary Competition: ‘Sizzle Free Bites’ on Thursday, March 13, 2025, celebrating creativity and culinary mastery. The event was graced by Chef Vipul Choudhary, Director of Food and Beverage at Vivanta, and Chef Anuj Ahuja, presently working as a corporate chef at Enoki Hospitality which have an array of kitchen called Tahini a Lebanese brand , Taquitos a Mexican brand.

Aspiring chefs wowed the judges with innovative and flavourful dishes, blending authentic techniques with artistic flair. The judges praised the participants for their remarkable creativity and skill. The School Management appreciated the students’ efforts and extended their best wishes to everyone.
