Marking World Health Day, the primary students of TIHS came together for Stride for Wellness—a vibrant health walk celebrating the spirit of active and balanced living.
At The Indian Heights School, our constant endeavour has been to promote holistic well-being—nurturing not just healthy bodies, but calm minds and happy hearts.
With enthusiasm and a strong sense of purpose, students carried thoughtful messages advocating healthy habits, physical fitness, and mental wellness. Each step reflected awareness, responsibility, and a commitment to making mindful choices.
