POSH Act Workshop – Fostering Safe and Respectful Workspaces

A comprehensive workshop on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act was conducted for all staff members, aimed at strengthening understanding of rights, responsibilities and appropriate workplace behaviour. Through engaging discussions and practical perspectives, the session emphasized the values of dignity, mutual respect and accountability.

The initiative was designed not merely to inform, but to empower—reinforcing that a secure and inclusive work environment is a collective commitment, where every individual plays a vital role in upholding safety and respect.
