Eco and Heritage Club Culmination
Clubs at school enhance learning through interaction and discussion. Activities carried out by the club encourage students to cultivate a different perception of life. Every student who becomes a member of the Eco-Heritage Club is motivated to participate in heritage conservation and learn more about their local heritage. Various activities were conducted throughout the session to make children understand the environment and environmental problems. The club had its culmination assembly on February 21, 2023, for the session 2022-23. The students presented an array of renditions to showcase their year-long learning and emphasised the theme “Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav; Taj ke Sang” and conveyed the underlying message of Hamari Sanskriti Hamari Dharohar. The highlight of the assembly was the performance of a tiny tot of grade 1 that was the fusion of classical dance and western music That was a perfect synchronisation of Indian culture and modernisation. In her admirable dialogue with the young minds, the Headmistress, Mrs Meghana Dungrakoti emphasised that India is known for its rich cultural heritage. Diversification is the identity of the country. We all should take pride in the diversity of Indian culture and value and preserve the rich heritage of India. Ma’am also enunciated the SDGs that we contribute towards through our clubs.
